Actually the longs owe shorty a huge thank you. It was shorty who prodded the SEC to initiate the investigation that is going to clear SPNG and to help them become fully compliant.
Shrty thought that the investigation and the trading halt was going to kill SPNG, but instead they found out that the opposite was indeed the case.
Too bad, so sad for shorty. They took their best shot and they failed.
And now they are squirming, wiggling and worrying about what is going to happen next.
Isn't the wait painful shorty? The pending conclusion to your drama is not turning out the way you scripted it?
Awfully sorry to disappoint you shorty. It is not over yet. So far nothing definitive has come out to destroy you. You are still alive and breathing.
But will it? Will the company survive and prosper? Will you eventually be destroyed?
Funny thing now is that it it you who are more worried than the longs, for a change.
