Why are Nvidia bothering to attack Intel?

At this stage, until Larrabee comes out, it is ATI/AMD who far and away should be his biggest concern.

Does Nvidia's own Kim Jong-iL think that AMDroids are going to be so impressed with his efforts they will buy his video cards instead of AMD's?
