I think that was a brilliant move by Megas to sue shareholders. Obviously , most shareholders bought their shares from their brokers, and that's how shareholders would respond .

What part of "Megas already knew that" don't you understand?

What Megas really wanted to do was frighten you into signing your stock over to him. More of you might have done so, if a few hadn't hired attorneys to fight Megas's idiotic suit.
