How can we have it both ways? If everyone has their UCAD and CMI restricted shares in their accounts now, then we do not have a naked short on CMKX and no need to cover.
On the other hand, if there is a huge naked short on CMKX then we are being scammed by our brokers, MM’s, DTC and SEC, because the UCAD placement of shares in our accounts is also naked false shares. Same goes for the CMI Shares, where did they come from if in fact CMKX has a huge NNS, everyone seems to be getting CMI in their accounts also.
Therefore if the later is the case; I really don’t believe the MM’s are in any hurry to cover UCAD or GEMM or any other dividend.. The game is on and the pros know how to play it very well. IMO they want us to think they are hustling to cover the divs, but in reality they know the restricted shares are not a hindrance right now because they can’t be traded for a year and they know that if UCAD, GEMM or CMI un-restrict their shares then the PPS drops (because of dilution ) and they can pick up the needed shares to cover much cheaper.. so again my question is WHY COVER NOW?
