How many times today did he mention that he was amazed at the hoops he has to jump through with each local government entity?

Having the largest best trained crew to install bioreactors is great .. unless it is a 6-8 month process to get each one approved.

I was not surprised to hear that the 3 one acre PBRs that were to be completed by the EOY are delayed. My DD pointed that out a few weeks ago. And confirmed it early this week.

I'm not being critical of what you posted .. only adding that there are another variables.

To be perfectly honest I was surprised to hear Dennis say Huntington Beach HQ was a done deal. I say this because the public record does not support that claim at this time. (yes I understand the public record does lag at times)
