Megas needed to file in order for us to have an inkling of hope to trade again! The SFC will no longer be in our corner either as they can simply say "sorry, the CEO chose not to file"....

and still not one word from Megas regarding the revocation that completely contradicts the words he released in the PR! Unbelievable... and I know my bitching does not help, but I just question Megas' big time... If he really has spent $800k why not file and stay in good graces with the SEC?????
