I don't know. I've never seen a company with literally a fraction of the price per share take over another company. All I know is that this stock has visible fundamental quality, and MJNA does not. I think MJNA pretty much has the company name and the deals it has cut with dispensaries going for it. No one outside of the two companies really knows what's going on, but it's pretty clear this company's stock is undervalued and very cheap right now.
