I did a test sell order for 1000 shares at 0.0185 and when I changed it to 0.0184 the ask moved with me then the seller went to 0.018 so yes hes a real idiot. Canceled my sell order now and it goes down to 0.0179. Need to get rid of this nut. Not sure who would be selling these at 0.015 and under just makes no since. GLTA
