In 1997 I entered in to the environmental business and I set about developing a customer base. I also wanted to identify my competition so I called them and asked that they send a brochure to my office, unbelievable 6 days later I get a brochure from my largest competitor with names of everyone their customers. Well needless to say I called all 48 that they had listed and by the end of 6 months 16 of them were my customers. Do I supply list of customers hell no not even if it cost me an order.
