Well, if that's the case, the system is broken.

I don't think that the type of subjects we are discussing here (trying to win business with discounts) is terribly technical. And I think the concept of "tiny little electronic devices" in your PC can be explained so any person can understand them, even lawyers. So can the concept of taking $5B to build a fab to make them.

If what you say is true, maybe Intel should settle. But, I don't know if that will happen. The scary thing about that is not so much "you never know what will happen in a trial", as the monetary numbers being thrown around these days could be disproportionate to the damage. Worse, this administration needs a lot of money to share with others and what would be better than sucking it out of the companies that provide the jobs to the people... Nellies of the world, unite!
