Cnoa's Ankang div made gross profit of 25 mil $ from 112 mil rev in last 8 months of 2008. so DH invesment is questionable judgement.
CNOA paid 4.5 mil to minority DM in 1st half of 2009.DM made 2.4 mil in 2007 and CNOA paid 10.6 mil for 60% of DM. IS Ankang merged with DM? Is Ankang making most of profit and CNOA sharing profit to DM minority shareholders? I don't like this.
