For raw intraday data:

try Lycos Finance LiveCharts. You have to sign-up but they are free.

http://finance.lycos.com/home/livecharts/default.asp

Then you select the data interval you want (in the chart), and do a "Chart - Export Chart - Bar Data to Ascii Text"

It gives you several weeks/months of raw intraday data depending on the interval chosen.
