Additionally, if the rumor of a buyout was a 20-bagger, we would NOT be trading anywhere near 20 times the current price. Traders want to make profit and they aren't going to purchase at the same price of a rumored buyout price. That would be ridiculously foolish.
P.S. I'm in the camp that says strong chance of change-in-control, but I don't believe it is certain by any means.
