china is the #1 emitter of polution in the world and they are also the word leader in "going green" at the moment. the fact that they are also subsidising green energy projects leads me to believe that we wil be fully backed by the government with no interference if we can provide and good business plan and solution to helping their pollution problem. i also believe dr k has the right connections in the right places to make this happen i think hes already proven this to us, so from the chinese government standpoint i believe we are totally safe, i even think they may help in the process. there are some articles that were posted previously that discuss the government helping in the green energy business which im sure are easy to locate if you are interested in reading them...hope this helps
