SIAF: Nah. Volcano Gold, Inc., it was one of the first Reg A offering in 1975 that went public. Was traded on the Spokane OTC before going dormant in the early 80's. Belmont Partners facilitated the deal. There is an old CNBC interview with Joe Muese that spotlighted the R/M.
