JCG: Scanbuy said before the settlement they would license the NeoMedia patents for a fee.

We don't know the size of the infringement fee, but I agree they probably didn't want to pay it. I am not sure how many licenses Scanbuy had in the US, but I don't think this is going to be a significant line item.
