It may not be a gazillion, but it is indeed a much higher than normal amount of shares for a company that doesn't want to be a pinksheet. Do some digging around of other companies, for comparison, you'll see what GEO is referring to. If you can, list a similar O/S company with a decent PPS in whatever sector you choose. Either way, the acquisition hype for QASP should provide enough change for a scalp at some point.
