What a joke...the Outstanding was tiny already by Pinky standards and now there will be 545,000 shares outstanding at an adjusted price (as of the current price of .0011 x .020) of .33 x .60...this thing will be so illiquid, nobody will get out alive. Guess will have to see if the printing press gets turned on full bore or this thing can rise from the ashes with a good business plan and a tiny o/s, which could make it skyrocket again...time will tell.
