i just called 1-801-558-9646 and Wayne actually awnsered. I asked what was going on with dilution. He just said that he cannot comment on anything except through PR's. I asked if there was going to be a PR explaining what's going on, and he said maybe next week or the week after. I would encourage anyone to call, just to get some pressure on him to explain things. Basically he did not tell me anything. Just wanted to let you all know.
