They just announced that they will be selling cigarettes to the EU. Their stock just split 3 for 1 on 5 oct. One thing to realize about this company is that it hasn't made a dime in 6 years. It's only been a research and development company. For the stock to have been up to almost $2 and split 3 for 1, I'd say that's awesome performance.
