I think everybody ought to think twice about this lust for a big pharma buyout.

Everybody keeps whining about "dilution". It's hard to think of more dilution than being thrown into a huge pool of shareholders like Pfizer, Merck or Bristol Myers. A buyout should be a last resort.


Be careful what you wish for. You might get it...
