Part of the agreement on running Jerritt Canyon gives MYNG an additional bonus of $2 a processed ton of ore, if gold goes over $900. Then an additional $2 a ton for every $50 increase over the $900.
If this case goes to court and MYNG prevails, which I believe they will, YNG will owe all of these additional fees that are mounting up. With gold approaching $1100, these fees are accumulating with every processed ton of ore. JMHO
