According to what I have been reading (all over) the SEC does not have to publicly report whatever findings they end up with, but by common sense if the company continues trading as before, demonstrates that the outcome of the investigation was good.
In MGLG's case, since they are still being investigated, now we are trading in the greys, but that's not all, the worst part is that "MANAGEMENT" according to their lawyers' advise won't be releasing any/NON press release to at least by common courtesy and respect to THEIR stockholders acknowledge us and release a statement addressing the situation.
