There is no problem with the CC's.... The reason why that property is worth so much is:

1. It will be used for a very long time for the CC's program. So SGCP cant use it unless its for the project only...

But very smart of doug to put those pics up it shows they are involved with the community which would help the CC's!! This company is smart
