Is a MOD or Asst. MOD permitted to post DD relevant to a stock specific board?

Why in the world would they not be allowed to post that kind of stuff?

As long as the info doesn't violate the TOU.

It is not OK though to post "market" info, such as "DD" on short sellers or paid bashers, etc.

The info has to be directly related to the stock/company in question.
