As my prior post points out... that is an incorrect characterization at best, given the ACTUAL nature of the approval process. If you are making that clearly incorrect statement on purpose, I'd say YOUR claim is one that qualifies as a fraudulent mis-characterization.

I note that there are quite a few things listed I'm not at all familiar with... some few that I am familiar with that I can say little about, not knowing what they are supposed to be used for... sulfur, silver nitrate, digitalis ? Claiming those aren't useful ?
Two others on the list I am familiar with... SAMBUCUS NIGRA and VALERIANA OFFICINALIS.
Gonna claim those don't work, either ? LOL!!!
