It's considered Homeopathic like Acai berry juice, DHEA supplements, and all the other stuff that's sold at health food stores.

You will never go to a hospital for a Migraine, sprain, trauma, and the ER Doctor will say "Here go take some Cobroxin!!"

I guess having a wife who is in the medical field OTC claims hit home with me. Being a fitness nut for 1/2 of my life the hype sold in health food stores is mostly that just marketing hype.
