Crad, see what I mean. How can the Bank be suing us when a decision was ruled in the Supreme Court in favor of PBLS. Just doesn't make any sense and that is the way they want it. All of this confusion and drama is adding to this non-stop calamity.

Ohhh I am sure it will be released soon that PA/CA/RB doctored evidence, but don't you have to go back to court to determine that, and then seek damages as per the court. All we get is a punch in the stomach saying the Bank is suing us now. I guess if you have enough lawyers you get to skip steps and go straight for the jugular. Which apparently some deserve. This almost has me rooting for the Bank, but I am not sure I want to go there just yet.
