I was going to send you a private email Steve, but I figure I better "man up" and say this in public since I exploded in public. Everyone should know how I feel about you so I am not hiding anything. We all know how important "transparency" is...perhaps I better not go that far because I don't want to sound sarcastic.

I don't like what is going on no more than anyone else...obviously. I have put everyone at an arms length. This includes the last shareholder I called out. I was simply saying there is one thing he is doing right.

Getting info on this board has become something short of reliable and reminds of the confusing congress bills being promoted and passed. Way too many lawyers and courts involved. All the shareholders are so frustrated at the confusion including me. Perhaps this caused some of my recent outbursts and for that I apologize. But just for the record I still have you at an arms length, as I am sure you do for me as well. I don't think you can overlook my bi-polar tendencies so easily, and I understand that. Normally in this situation I would tell you best of luck, but being involved in PBLS has tought me there is not such thing as luck. So we will let the cards play out for all of us.

For the record myself and Xylan have no ties to PBLS that I am aware of. This was personal between me and him (what I see and hear only) hence the apology.
