I have a lot of share of HTE and it is my understanding that KNOC has offer $ 10.00 per share and that it will be a cash transaction and it will be done before December 31, 2009. All they are waiting on is a 66% approval by the shareholders. I have ben in touch via e-mail with Harvest Energy and there will be a special meeting sometime this month of the shareholders to vote. You can also vote your stock on the internet. Your stock broker should send you a password number to vote.
