Nothing mystifying about it, the proof is long term investors are not in control of the float, and we are only gaining a small amount of new long term investors. Those in control of the float currently are flippers and traders. The volume speaks loudly, even the days of these monster PRs the volume did not move anywhere near previous runs of 30-40millions shares, and are far from the record of over 80 million. Look at today’s volume, it is below the average that we are used to seeing around 8 million which has now declined to 5.9 million on average. Either we dig deeper to gain more control, or we hope that RWE has interested investors and they start buying when the details are released.
