Zactly Raven. And the strategy includes trying to bk your opponents w/ legal fees. Remember what Bristol Myers tried over pac. We won but the legal fees and expenses made that victory quite disappointing.

I would not be surprised to learn that the legal team RS assembled insisted on being SR creditor. Wonder how the piper's would feel about that.
