The problem is that for the buyers coming in now, they are waiting on a PR telling wether or not the games are going to be released on time or when, before they get in. They are perfectly fine with waiting and getting in at .01 and riding it to .04 but they dont want to take the risk till they get a solid PR. Just my opinion.
