I may be wrong but all the hearings that were posted here that I saw were about some creditors suing Xkem for money owing, I didn't see any about Swift and his fraud, money he was payed a month for doing nothing opening his own company will running Xkem in the ground.
Like I said I could be wrong, next hearings are about the proposed plans, but would it Mae the judges decision a lot easier if lawsuits were brought against Swift
