Crushing plant already up and running. Recent pics on the website show a beautiful worldclass mill and dormitories ready to get dirty. Rather than contracting operations out, GORO is hiring Mexican nationals into the operation of the open pit and mill. They are integrating GORO mine and mill operations into the culture and will be helping a struggling economy grow.

My understanding of what to expect near term:
GORO will get operations at the mill up and running thru floatation cells and truck the concentrate to ports first to get strong cash flow in a hurry. Optimization efforts should result in concentrate shipments before yearend. Achieving the positive cashflow ASAP reduces likelihood of further discounted stock sales to Hochschild.

Agitated leach process will come later (working with cyanide will take extensive training) so pouring their own gold dore will probably happen after the first of the year.

My understanding about further stock sales to Hochschild:
Hochschild currently owns 24% and they can buy on open market. If GORO decides they need more cash, then Hochschild will be given the right of first refusal to buy more shares at discount to 30day avg price.
