I have tried the nice approach only to continuously be lied to. How many times do you have to be lied to before you give up the nice approach? I am an owner of this company and he is hurting us owners by his actions. Over the years I have tried many "honey" methods to get them to be accountable and none of them have gotten these guys to change their ways. Well, I'm going to go after the guys that are supposed to hold him into account, the Board of Directors! I hope they have insurance.
