More False/misleading from the CEO ??

I find it troubling that CEO Robert Thompson continues to mislead everyone with the details pertaining to Pinkshheets and his inability to follow through with what he promised to shareholders.....

1) Pinksheets.com DOES NOT supply documents for ENTK to fill out ......PS is not FINRA or the SEC, they do not ask companies to fill out lengthy paperwork.....

" The information was returned asking for a 20 page information sheet to be filled out along with financials for 2007, 2008 and first 3/4 of 2009...."

LOl...sorry, what a load. Pinksheets DO NOT tell ENTK what documents to prepare......any company uploads whatever documents they wish, when they want.....

CEO is blaming Pinksheets for the delay of updating the PS website with fillings ?? ROTFLMAO !!!

Lets make this crystal clear.....ENTK , here is the KEY word...

UPLOADS those documents to Pinksheet website....and those documents are IMMEDIATELY available for the public to view.....

NO delay.....no wating....no review by Pinksheets at this time.......

2) After the uploads are made, Pinksheets will then go over the uploaded documents and verify if the information is current enough to warrant a change in the PS designation of the company on Pinksheet website......

READ the Pinksheets disclaimer.....they do not review to authenticate or validate any of the documents posted on their website....they only deem if the information is current and up to date........

Pinksheets is more like YouTube....you UPLOAD the date and it is IMMEDIATE avaliable to view......

For the CEO to continuously claim that they submited data to PS and was sent back and had to fill out this and that paperwork, and, they asked for 3 years financials......is PURE BS.....

Those statemets are false and misleading......

Want to share this with all of you..its a response to my question regarding the Pinksheets information.

The company, Envirotek is working to get this corrected and I am confident we will see it posted on Pinksheets tomorrow. Here is the email to me from Brandon at Pinksheets.

The company has a valid subscription to our service and did have to submit an Issuer Services Agreement to do that. However, signing up for the service does not remove Caveat Emptor. Posting disclosure through the disclosure service does.

Companies Do NOT submit their disclosure to us for review. THEY POST it using the news service. They HAVE NOT posted ANYTHING since March 10, 2008 as seen in their filings tab.

Spend 10 seconds and CALL PINKSHEETS 1-212-896-4420....they answer right away ( no voicemail ), and ask them to confirm that it is the company ( ENTK ) that UPLOADS the data themselves on Pinksheets.com website.......Pinksheets DOES NOT do any upploading on a companies behalf.....

And that the uploading is immediate.....public will view right away.......

So, why is the CEO claiming delays from Pinksheets....he knew damn well when he Prd Oct 14th that the PR was false and msileading.......because if he had ANY communication with Pinksheets prior to Oct14th, they would have told him the procedure......

More False and misleading information.........Why ??

Go ahead call.....please.......do some DD that COTRADICTS what the CEO is stating, or are you afraid to ?
