IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that pursuant to ss. 127(1) of the Act:
1.
the Settlement Agreement is hereby approved;
2.
all trading in and all acquisitions of the securities of NutriOne, whether direct or indirect, shall cease permanently; and
3.
any exemptions contained in the Act do not apply to NutriOne permanently.
