SIAF, second to last PR stated 3Q was delayed.

Due to a very hectic construction schedule, management advises shareholders that 3rd Quarter financial results to be announced by October 31st, may be delayed until November 6th to insure an accurate review.

I know they have been pushing the JV hard and management hasn't had as much time to consolidate the financials. They have a number of subsidiaries, some of which are slower in their reporting.

I'm looking for about $.03 EPS for 3Q. Guidance was $.13 EPS for fiscal 2009.
