I don't get the .002 thing. It seems like it goes up and down during the day and ends up at .002 or .0022 almost everday? I don't have millions of shares, but I guess people who do are flipping and buying back in on a daily basis, using this stock as their online ATM machine. Oh..look it's up 2 hundredths of a penny. Sell. Oh..it went back down again. Buy. Is that possible?
