1972 / 1987
As co-founder and Creative Director of AirCraft Communications, Gary conceived, composed, produced, designed, directed, managed and performed numerous local and national radio and television commercials. During his time at Aircraft he also developed and produced numerous training and promotional films and videos, graphic designs and animations as well as company and product presentations and awards ceremonies for companies like Fisher Scientific, Allied Chemical, Westinghouse, PPG Industries, Wendy’s, McDonalds, Kelly Girls, Weight Watchers and more. Gary's attention to detail and quality, helped to increase revenues for AirCraft at an average of 100% per year.

1987 / 1989
Gary performed as lead vocalist and guitarist for “SLY FOX”, a Capitol Records Recording act that toured three hit singles, including the hit song “Let’s Go All The Way”.

1989 / 1996
Gary founded Southwest Artist Development. and produced and managed several acts in the Las Vegas area. During this time Gary also produced six children's LP’s, for A&M Recording artist Frank Cappelli, which won them the Parents Choice and Good Housekeeping Awards, a three year contract with the Nickelodeon channel and positioned Frank Cappelli as the second largest children’s artist in the nation
1996 / 2000
Executive VP of The Reliance Training Network. During his time with RTN, Gary deployed over 300 live interactive television broadcasts and quality controlled every aspect of production for each show, as well as developing and implementing company policy and procedure, planned and implemented annual production budgets and helped develop new business technologies. Produced and directed the 1997 Leadership Series with President George Bush, Norman Schwarzkof, Collin Powel, Anthony Robins and contracted the services of James Brown (JB) from the “FOX” Network to host the series. Produced and directed the 1998 Corporate Leadership Series featuring 12 of the top motivational speakers in the US. In 1999 Gary internalized RTN’s production business by designing and project managing the build out of the tri-state areas largest state of the art, Television, graphic and video editing facility. Oversaw the development and production of “Back To Health”, a 24/7 ad driven proprietary waiting room channel for the HealthSouth Corp. in Birmingham, Alabama, which created an ad revenue split of four million dollars between RTN and HealthSouth, in a one year period. Responsibilities included directing, producing and over seeing the editing and assembly of over 120 video news segments, ranging from up and coming Olympic Hopefuls, Rodeo Finals and Human Interest Stories, with Herschel Walker, Bo Jackson, Cory Everson Christopher Reeves and others. Gary's dedication and commitment to the success of RTN, and his hands on approach, helped bring the company to the forefront of the distance training industry and position RTN as a leader in their field.

2000
Gary acted as President of Music Distribution and Licensing for “The Outernet” a Minnesota based technology venture. During that time he negotiated content agreements with the “big five” record labels, organized and executed numerous stock holder presentations and produced and directed the 2000 “Taste of the NFL” for the Minnesota Vikings. And as part of marketing strategy Gary produced and directed three live in-house performances with national recording acts Destinies Child, DaBrat and Edwin McKane.
