LWMG was registered with the Nevada Secretary of States office on 6/24/09 as an LLC. The two managing members are also officers of a company called, KeyEco Tech Inc.
There is no indication that these companies hold any mining properties in Nevada.

Managing member Stephen Cummings lists an address of 3985 South 2000 East, Salt Lake City, UT. 64124.
This address is not far from MYNGs listed company address.
