Riskanalyst: There is no doubt in my mind they discussed this and have a plan in action...Its all part of good management, good business.."what if scenarios"..LS would of definetely wanted to discuss it , to ease the EGMI's mind.

yup, this could be where the buyback takes place..i feel totally comfortable...though not crazy about the PPS, but its a buying op.
