PR WAS GOOD!What I See Happening is,HESG strengthened their alience with MJNA, so HESG can become a licensed distributor of medical marijuana company!

DD shows just about all other similar companies are trading much higher! And with the controversy about legislation about to change, HESG is getting ready to RUN!

I see the same old basher/pumper arguments, but what is really going on is ACCUMULATION and everyone knows it! This play is going to be a money maker, everyone who wants in, wants to pay the cheapest price possible, but HESG IS GOING UP!

This is and will be a HOT topic, and it's NOT over yet!!!
The story has yet to unfold!

Health Sciences Group Appoints Dr. Fred Aserati, Ph.D as Vice President of Business Development to Explore Acquisitions of Medical Marijuana Companies and Partnerships -- Company Update

SATELLITE BEACH, Fla., Oct 26, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Health Sciences Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HESG) is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Fred Aserati to spearhead the company's interest in exploring either applying for licensing of distribution of medical marijuana in California or seeking acquisition or partnership of existing medical businesses.
Thomas Gaffney, Health Sciences President and CEO, said, "In a perfect world we would like to acquire an existing medical marijuana business; unfortunately, we need to identify existing companies that have the same goals and business. That is why we have appointed Dr. Aserati, Ph.D to explore these options."

Dr. Aserati has an extensive background in studying the government's policy on the growing and distribution of medical Cannabis/Marijuana.

In a recent report, the Obama administration issued a new medical marijuana policy that is one more step toward legalization, as the federal government won't prosecute medical marijuana if compliant with state law. Health Sciences Group sees it as definitely one giant step closer to the legalization of Medical Cannabis/Marijuana as a Government supported legal medical treatment.

COMPANY UPDATE: Health Sciences Group, Inc. has re-launched its media operations with the re-launching of its website iGoHealthy.org. In addition it will be offering a free download of the first edition of its e-magazine, iGoHealthy, on October 30, 2009.

Thomas Gaffney adds, "We are still an operating media company. We have ongoing commitments to our web advertisers and have picked up some additional advertisers. We've completely streamlined our operation and are determined to succeed. We are fortunate enough to capture the interests of Dr. Aserati and to attempt to capitalize on the Obama Administration's recent decision."
