Time to sell CNOA--dishonest management

They bought Cal winery paying 15mil $ with 400k revenue

They Dalian Huimang 60% interest paying 10.6 mil $ in nov 08. DH made only 2.4 mil dollar in yr 2007. Cnoa paid 4.5 mil already from their profit in 1st half. Cnoa's wholly owned Ankang trading div did 112 mil trading and 25 mil gross profit in 08 . They do not mention Ankang trading activities in Q report this yr. I'm afraid what happened to their Ankang division this yr. Did they merge it with DM? Ankang did 112 mil trading in last 8 mo of 08 and gross profit of 25 mil$
