Good news folks, kinda....
I just got a hold of Patrice Nazareno who says she was IR for IFHR years ago. I found her number at this link:

I asked her how I could get a hold of Arthur Viola and what the company might be up to. She doesn't know much but she said she believed that their Medical Staffing business is still operating. She said that she would hunt Arthur down for me and I gave her my phone number and email address. She was very friendly and told me she would try to find out from him about the Reverse Merger!!!!She kinda joked with me and said, "they need to do one!"
So, I will post the results when I get them. Give me your email address if you want to know before tomorrow (assuming I learn info from her that soon). I only get three posts a day for 7 more days for dealing my way with the knuckleheads over at QASP. Sorry, lol
But I am excited. Maybe this will be our break and I will be the one responsible for a major piece of DD!!!
