the bolded section represents a drastic alteration from the email that CHHL sent out this morning. more proof that chhl is engaged in stock fraud. Also note she only states that she has not been served. well duh, I wouldnt expect her to have been served as the summons was issued on oct 30. she will be served, of that I have no doubt.

also interesting is that she claims to have said oooooooops so soddy to the SEC as if that would make a difference. in her native country securities fraud brings a much different penalty . years of hard labor and torture all under the name re education. I am wondering what penalty she might prefer. One given by the SEC or one given by the communist peoples army nave or PLAN. I dont believe saying " so soddy" in either country would work
