He was a valuable asset. He was a true belierer in his management team, and their vision. I was fortunate to have two conversations in NYC with him two months ago, and he knew where this company is going, and he will be sorely missed but I am led to believe his shares will continue to be held by the family, as the story has just now begun to unfold.

The people in charge are the story, and they are fully in control of a major play.
