Speaking about Real Estate, if you are looking into getting the saleperson license then it is not very hard. Only 3 classes if you aren't a business major and 2 if you are. You can get the online quick courses for around $300-$400 also. Here is the site I used in obtaining my broker license: http://www.californialicense.com/
