no (from all available sources that can verify) NO!

Read some of the previous DD, current Management bought shares valued @ $1.00- $1.50 ($2M total I believe I remember) just to add additional shares to the company treasury after the recent litigation, that was Ruled & Decided in favor of MEVT & they sure would not want to dilute @ a loss.
